How do I register on SGBB?

Registration on SGBB is easy and its free! Just fill in a simple form and you can start shopping! If you would like to join us now, please click here.

On PC, please go to SGBB website (sgbestbuy.com).
    •  Click on [Register] on the top right side of the main page.
    •  Fill up the required information to create an account.

Should you face any difficulties in the registration process, feel free to contact our support team at support@sgbestbuy.com. and we will do our best to assist you.

Do I need to open an account to buy something?

Yes. You can buy or sell on www.SGBestBuy.com only if you have registered an account.

How do I change my address?

In order for you to amend the address, please login and click on [Address Book] located on the left panel of [My Dashboard] page.

Next, depending which address you want to change, click on [Change Billing Address] or [Change Shipping Address], amend the address and click on [Save Address].

If you want to add [Additional Address Entries], click on [Add New Address], add the address and click on [Save Address].

How do I change my user password?

In order for you to change the password, please login and click on [Account Information] located on the left panel of [My Dashboard] page.

Next, click the [Change Password] box, update your new password and click on [Save].

On this page, you can change the email address too.

Managing my account – I cannot login to my account.

Simply click on [Forgot Your Password?] during the login process and the system will generate a temporary password to your registered email address.

Unsubscribe to SGBB newsletter?

If you do not wish to receive SGBB newsletters, please login and click on [Newsletter Subscription] located on the left panel of [My Dashboard] page.

Next, unclick the [General Subscription] box and click on [Save].

How do I close my SGBB account?

We want you to have the best online shopping experience with us.

If you choose to close your SGBB account, here’s how:
    1. Check your Shopping List to ensure all transactions are completed.
    2. Kindly click here and drop us a text, if you chose to close your SGBB account.

How to post inquires to seller?

The contact information for each seller is available on the product page. Click on [Contact Us] located on the right side of the product image to post any question to the seller.

How to check the completed order?

To check on your order, please login and click on [My Orders] located on the left panel of [My Dashboard] page.

If you want to check your past orders history, scroll down the pages.

If you click on [View Order] of an order, you are able to check the detail information of that order.

How do I get the receipt for the orders made?

If you want to print out the receipt, kindly login and click on [My Orders] located on the left panel of [My Dashboard] page.

Next, click on [View Order] of the order you want to print the receipt. Then you are able to check or print out the receipt.

How to search for items?

Two ways to search for products/services;
    1. Category navigation
        - Use the item category bar located at the top of SGBB page and select by categories of main, 1st sub, and 2nd sub categories from the list.
    2. Keyword
        - Type a keyword to search in the search engine tool located at the top of the page and a list of related products/services will be presented.

How to get refunds?

You are entitled to a refund in the following situations:
    1. Goods are faulty, damaged or defective. In this situation, you will need to provide relevant proof.
    2. Goods did not arrive. In such situations, you need to ask for a refund within 5 days of delivery.
        - Go to [My Orders] page, click on [View Order] of the order you did not receive,
        - Click on the product you did not receive, and contact the seller by clicking on [Contact Us] located on the right side of the product image.

For refunds in other situations, please check with the merchant as each merchant has their own refund policy. If you are not able to resolve any disputes with the merchant over the order, please escalate the issue to SGBB by writing to support@sgbestbuy.com.

To check status of refund, go to [My Orders] page. Under order status, Refunded: Refund has been initiated by the merchant. You will get the refund within 5 working days.

Refunds will be given via the same mode of payment made.

How to exchange/return items?

Please check the exchange/return policy of the merchant you are buying from, as merchants or goods have different exchange or return policies. Merchants on SGBB are required to replace or allow returns if the goods are defective or you have been sent the wrong item.

To ask for an exchange or return, contact seller through [My Orders] page, click on [View Order] of the order to exchange/return, click on the product to exchange/return, and contact the seller by clicking on [Contact Us] located on the right side of the product image.

If you are not able to resolve any disputes with the merchant over the order, please escalate the issue to SGBB by writing to support@sgbestbuy.com.

How to cancel/amend an order?

Once your payment for the order is completed, you will not be able to cancel or amend an order via your website account.

In order to request for an amendment or cancellation, you will need to contact the merchant. Please login and click on [My Orders] located on the left panel of [My Dashboard] page.

Next, click on [View Order] of the order to cancel/amend, click on the product to cancel/amend, and contact the seller by clicking on [Contact Us] located on the right side of the product image.

In such cases, the merchant has the sole discretion on whether your order can be cancelled or amended.

How to check my order status?

Here is a quick guide to explain the various stages of your order:

Under [My Orders] > [Status]
    1. Pending
        - Order is still pending to be processed, payment not completed.
    2. Processing
        - Order received, payment made, but complete order not shipped.
       (may have occurred if there are multiple items from different merchants in an order)
    3. Complete
        - Complete Order has been shipped and invoice has been issued to the customer. There is no need for further action.
    4. Cancelled
        - Order has been cancelled. The customer has cancelled the purchase and cancelled the transaction.

When the merchant has shipped your item, you will receive an email notification.

Issues with orders - Item did not arrive.

If you did not receive your item, here is what you can do:
    1. Before contacting the merchant, go to your order tracking. If the estimated shipment date hasn't passed, the item may still be in transit.
    2. Check that the shipping address is correct.

If the shipment date has passed and you still haven't received your item, you can contact the merchant. They will have 3 business days to respond.

If it is still not resolved after 72 hours, you can contact us to step in and help by writing to support@sgbestbuy.com. You'll get a reply within 3 business days and if your request qualifies, you'll get a refund.

Issues with orders - Item is damaged.

If the item is faulty, damaged or defective, raise a dispute with the merchant and send in the relevant proof. You will be entitled to a refund or replacement with satisfactory proof.

If you do not manage to reach an agreement with the merchant, you can escalate the issue to SGBB by writing to support@sgbestbuy.com.

Issues with orders - Incomplete order.

If items are missing from your order, first check your order status as multiple items may be shipped separately if purchased from different merchants.

If the order status is described as [Delivered], contact seller through [My Orders] page, click on [View Order] of the order in question, click on the product that is missing, and contact the seller by clicking on [Contact Us] located on the right side of the product image.

If you do not manage to reach an agreement with the merchant, you can escalate the issue to SGBB by writing to support@sgbestbuy.com.

Issues with orders - Item isn't as described.

If the item you received is different from what was described or shown on the website, raise a dispute with the merchant by going to [My Orders] page, click on [View Order] of the order in question, click on the product in question, and contact the seller by clicking on [Contact Us] located on the right side of the product image.

If you do not manage to reach an agreement with the merchant, you can escalate the issue to SGBB by writing to support@sgbestbuy.com.

 

 Shipping

 

Shipping options and charges

Shipping charges vary based on weight, dimensions and destination. We have negotiated special rates with delivery providers to keep shipping charges as low as possible.

You will be able to see the shipping options and charges for each item when you click on Shipping Info and the final payment amount will include all shipping charges.

Shipping period

Shipping period will vary based on your destination country and chosen mode of delivery.

How to track my order?

A tracking number for your order will be sent to your registered email when the merchant has shipped your item.

You can track your parcel via the link attached in the email.

 

 Payment

 

Payment Methods

You have the option to pay for your purchase with the following options: Visa, Mastercard, eNETS, China UnionPay, WeChat Pay

Receipt and Invoices

After the payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with payment details. The system will generate an invoice which will be emailed to you when the order has been shipped.

 

 Others

 

Custom Clearance and Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes to the shipping destination. These will not be included in your final payment. You should check with your local customs office as custom requirements or import taxes can vary widely from country to country.

When custom clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Buyers are also responsible for assuring that the item can be lawfully imported into the destination country.

How to make enquiries?

You can contact the seller directly if you have any questions about their products or services by clicking on [Contact Us] located on the right side of the product image in the Product page.

How to communicate with merchants after placing an order?

Go to My Orders page, click on “View Order” of the concerned order, click on the concerned product, and contact the seller by clicking on the store name or "Contact Us". If you have prior communication with the merchant, a log of your communication will exist in the customer support center.
